Shipping Policy

By placing an order through this Website you will be agreeing to the terms below. These are provided to ensure both parties are aware of and agree upon this arrangement to mutually protect and set expectations on our service.
1. General
Subject to stock availability. We try to maintain accurate stock counts on our
website but from time to time, there may be a stock discrepancy, and we will not
be able to fulfill all your items at the time of purchase. In this instance, we will
fulfill the available products to you, and contact you about whether you would
prefer to await restocking of the backordered item or if you would prefer for us
to process a refund. We only ship via USPS.
2. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on weight, dimensions and
destination of the items in the order. Payment for shipping will be collected
with the purchase. This price will be the final price for shipping cost to the customer. We
reserve the right to combine orders when we deem appropriate or change shipping carriers at our discretion. Please disregard the dates shown on the shipping as this is not an accurate ship date based on processing time and USPS delivery time. We do not offer overnight, two day, etc. Depending on USPS ship times & our processing times it can take more than a week to receive your order.
3. Delivery Terms & Dispatch Times
3.1 It can take up to 3-4 days for an order to be processed by us BEFORE it ships and then the time USPS needs to deliver. There are no guarantees that an order can arrive within a certain time. We cannot accommodate you if you need an order faster than 7-12 business days. We do not ship internationally.
3.2 During sales and the Holidays, order processing times and USPS ship times are extended. We highly recommend that if you need an order before Christmas that you order no later than December 10-12th. We will get it out right away, but we are not responsible for extended USPS ship times.
3.3 Orders are usually dispatched within 2 to 4 business days of payment of order. We operate on Monday - Friday during standard business hours, except on national
holidays at which time we will be closed. In these instances, we take steps to ensure shipment delays will be kept to a minimum. There will be a banner on our homepage informing you if there is a delay in shipping times because we are at an in person show. This banner will indicate when orders will ship.
4. Order Changes and Cancellations
We work to ship orders as quickly as possible, we are not able to make any changes to an order once it is placed. We are not able to add or remove items, or exchange items within an order. We are also not able to cancel orders. If you need to cancel an order after it is processed, please refer to our return policy page.
4.1 Scrappy Boy Stamps cannot be held responsible for incorrect addresses used when placing your order. Our system automatically sends to the address which is confirmed by you during checkout. We are happy to reship the order if the order is returned to us --- additional shipping charges that are required as a result of an incorrect address will be billed as a separate transaction. Failure to provide a correct shipping address can and will delay your order. You will be contacted via the email you provide on checkout of any such delay.
5. Tracking Notifications
Upon dispatch, customers will receive a tracking link from which they will be
able to follow the progress of their shipment based on the latest updates made
available by the shipping provider.
6. Parcels Damaged In Transit
Scrappy Boy Stamps is not responsible for any orders/packages that are lost or damaged once the package(s) has left our warehouse. Scrappy Boy Stamps ships all orders using delivery confirmation and is not responsible for any orders/packages that are missing that show delivery has occurred. Customer assumes all risk of delivery once a package has left our warehouse. Please be certain that orders are shipped to a secure location where they will not be lost or stolen.
When an order ships we do our best to advise you via email that your package has shipped. We take extra care to package each order appropriately. All orders are well packed and ship with a packing slip. Our shipping fees include our packaging fees, which includes, but are not limited to, packaging materials such as bubble wrap, packing paper, and single or double ply boxes. If your product arrives damaged by the carrier, please inform the carrier of damage at the time of delivery.
Scrappy Boy Stamps is not responsible for any parcels that are lost or damaged once the parcel has left our warehouse.
7. Taxes
Sales tax has already been applied to the order if applicable as displayed on the
website.
8. Insurance
Parcels are insured for loss and damage up to the value as stated by the
courier. You may add on additional, no hassle shipping insurance. We will process a refund or replacement as soon as the courier has completed their investigation into the claim.
