Returns & Refunds Policy


We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving
your item to request a return. We DO NOT accept returns on any digital items or any items that are retired. All returns will have a 3% credit card processing fee deducted from them as this is the fee we paid to process the sale. If you return items that will make it to where you were no longer eligible for free shipping, the shipping fee will also be deducted. For example, your order was $125 & you received free shipping, now you are returning item(s) that would have put you below the Free Ship threshold on the original order, the shipping fee you would have paid will be deducted.

If you purchased anything from us at an in person show we do not accept returns or exchanges from the in person shows.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same brand new condition
that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also
need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@scrappyboy.com. If your return is
accepted, we’ll send instructions on where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. We do not cover the shipping cost to return items.  You can always contact us for any return question at info@scrappyboy.com. All returns will have a 3% credit card processing fee deducted from them. If you received free shipping and the return makes it to where you are not eligible for free shipping, your shipping costs will be deducted as well. Please see example above.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately. if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 

Stamp Damages: We ask that you let us know within 90 days of purchase just so we can make sure we still have the stamp set in stock. Send an email with two photos , we need to see a photo of any affected stamp sets, plus a photo of the stamped impression that the stamp leaves. We ask that you first try to clean the stamp with a stamp shammy, sometimes it’s just excess photopolymer that didn’t come off in production. If the stamp is defective and we still have the stamp in stock, we will get out a replacement of the specific stamp that is defective. Unfortunately, if the stamp set is no longer produced we can not replace or refund the item.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on sale items, digital items or gift cards or any item that were purchased during a retirement sale. In person show sales are not eligible for a return or exchange. 

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have,
and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you
know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically
refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some
time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
